**Introductory Offer: $10.50 for all new participants at AYR.**

As we enter 2026, let’s come together to cultivate flexibility, strength, and balance in our bodies and lives. Join us on this exciting journey toward wellness!

We’re here for you, whether you’re returning, starting anew, deepening your journey, or simply needing space to breathe.

Our New Timetable includes three morning classes and one evening class tailored for dedicated students looking to improve their wellbeing.

My dad died peacefully this week and I'm needing space to be with it all.

Yes, you’ve heard about yoga props before. But let’s look at them differently:
Props make your practice smarter, more enjoyable, and more effective.

Using blankets, blocks, chairs, or bolsters helps you:

* access correct alignment without strain
* deepen awareness of your body
* experience the pose more fully
* carry that awareness into everyday life

And the best part? You feel grounded, spacious, and genuinely good after practice.

This workshop is about deepening, enhancing, and having fun with props.
Creativity is welcome here. You don’t need expensive equipment — a few blankets can become a perfect support when you know how to use them.

On the 21st, we’ll explore common asanas and look at:

* What props to use
* why they help
* When a blanket, block, or chair makes all the difference

When the celebrations wind down and the house becomes quieter again, it’s common to feel a mix of tiredness, emotion, or restlessness as life returns to its usual rhythm. This workshop offers a gentle space to pause, exhale, and reset after the festive season. Through conscious breathing, soft mindful movement, and guided meditation, we’ll explore practical ways to soothe the nervous system and calm busy thoughts. You’ll learn how to restore your energy, release tension in the body, and cultivate a compassionate awareness toward yourself. The practices are simple and repeatable, giving you tools you can return to whenever you need grounding. Leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more at home within yourself.
