Week 3️⃣ was a shambles.

I missed my activity goal 2 out of 7 days, hardly drank water, ate a lot of things that were not planned or very nutritionally dense... it kind of sucked. I felt sucky for doing it. But, to be honest that's life sometimes.

I'm looking forward and knowing that not every day or every week will feel as challenging as last week was. I'm going to keep trying and remember there is no end to this... it's a journey and one I want to keep on keeping on ✨️

Since deciding to take on my media role full time while keeping my PT work part time, I've found it a lot harder to keep my daily activity levels up.

So in August I set myself a goal to hit 6,000+ steps daily to get into a more consistent routine of daily movement... one that I want to become second nature again.

Although I'm disappointed I slipped up this week and missed my target 2 out of 31 days, I've managed to get my average step count up to 9,000+ which I am really happy about (in July my average was just over 6,000 and 15/31 days I didn't even get close to 6,000 steps per day, so great progress since then!)

Today I've set myself the same goal, to achieve 6,000+ steps daily in September. But actually hit my target every single day!
