This event brings together equipment providers, support services and information for disabled people, their whānau and health professionals from across Aotearoa. It’s always inspiring to see so many organisations working together to support independence and wellbeing.

Our team loved meeting everyone, having great conversations and sharing how Life Plus supports people to live well at home and in their communities.

What a fantastic day at the Disability Connect Transition Expo!

We loved meeting so many amazing young people and their whānau, chatting at our stall, and seeing lots of smiles as people tried out our VR headsets. It was such a joy to be part of this vibrant, inspiring community.
