Uptown Pilates and Yoga welcomes Jeneen to the team! She will be taking the 9.30am Pilates reformer class on Tuesday and offering PT sessions Tuesday as well! Read more in the newsletter.

The weather has smiled upon us! Meet for our very first outdoor session of the spring at Tahaki reserve today 9.30am! Initial drop is $25. I look forward to seeing you all under the trees!

Uptown Pilates and Yoga is thrilled to introduce our newest teacher to the team!
Charlie teaches Pilates Yoga, bringing a rich background in classical ballet and cross-disciplinary training. Her passion lies in mindful movement and empowering others to feel strong, balanced, and at ease in their bodies.

She brings a warm energy to her classes and enjoys helping people build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in how they move. Charlie’s aim is to make fitness approachable, encouraging a sense of connection both within the body and in the room.
