Looking for a simple way to feel lighter, calmer, and more energised?
Body & Brain Training Centre is opening our doors this September with three friendly community classes – easy to join, no experience needed, and everyone is welcome!
Come along, take a break, and give yourself the gift of wellbeing.

1️⃣ Lunchtime Stress Relief Meditation
🕡Thu 4 Sep | 12:30 – 1:00 pm
📍 Body & Brain Training Centre (North Shore, Auckland)
Take a mindful pause in the middle of your busy day. Relax your mind, recharge your energy, and return to work refreshed.
2️⃣ Sleep Better Tonight – Evening Class
🕡 Fri 5 Sep | 6:30 – 7:30 pm
📍 Body & Brain Training Centre (North Shore, Auckland)
A gentle blend of breathing, mindful exercise and energy meditation to calm your body and quiet your thoughts – perfect preparation for a deep, restful sleep.
3️⃣ Morning Beach Qigong
🕡 Sat 13 Sep | 8:30 – 9:30 am
📍 Browns Bay Beach
Awaken your body and mind with flowing Qigong movements by the ocean. Feel energised and connected to nature as you start your weekend.
Cost: Koha (donation-based) – come as you are, give what you can.
Who can join? Absolutely anyone – beginners welcome.
