💊 Magnesium + Fish Oil = the best damn sleep you will ever have ! It may not be for many hours with those little people waking you up but the sleep you will have is QUALITY! And deeeeep! 🤤

🍊Liposomal Vit C - Personally I take this all year round however over Winter I double my dose. With school and kindy the viruses are rife and looking after sick kids when you are sick is like hell on Earth. This at least keeps me from getting sick so I can be there for them 🤞🏼
