The internet is FULL of misinformation 🤨
If you need nutrition/dietary advice please don’t turn to TikTok….. find a fully qualified health professional who can set you an eating plan then guide you through the process. Or….. eat what you are already eating but reduce your portion size…. That works for me when I want to shift a kilo or 2 and it means I don’t have to cut out any of my favourite foods 😋
