Join the 6 week Pilates challenge, transform your body and mind!
Here are some more details for the 6 week Pilates challenge, starting March 31st and running until May 9th!
Fitness Focus:
You'll be doing recommended cardio exercises throughout the week, in addition to Pilates and mobility (yoga) classes.
Classes are beginner-friendly, but designed to challenge you and help you progress.
Schedule:
Classes will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (with a possible Tuesday class) from either 6-7 PM or 7-8 PM.
You'll need to join the live stream for each class that isn’t in person, where I'll guide you through the workout.
Tools & Resources:
You'll receive a starter pack with all the necessary equipment, which I'll demonstrate how to use both online and in person. (But you need your own mat)
A wellness journal will be provided to help you track your mental wellbeing alongside your physical progress.
Nutrition Support:
In the first week, you'll keep a food diary so I can assess your current diet.
In the second week, you'll receive a simple, supportive meal plan to help you reach your goals.
Progress Tracking:
You will measure your body at the start of the challenge, with the aim of seeing a reduction in centimetres. You will also weigh yourself before.
You'll also submit a before and then after photos to document your transformation.
Payment of $235 for the First 10 people to sign up $253 after.
everyone will need to sign a health and safety waiver.
