Big news – Metlifecare is coming to Hawke’s Bay!

We’re excited to announce plans for a beautiful new retirement village in Greenmeadows, Napier. This future retirement village will have around 150 modern new villas, onsite aged residential care, and great amenities like a pool, café, and landscaped gardens – all just minutes from local shops, parks, and Napier city.

Construction begins later this year, with the first residents expected in 2027. We can’t wait to become part of the Hawke’s Bay community!
