While I was on my walk this morning I noticed some very stressed-looking people on their way to work 🚶‍♂️ 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ I could feel the weight of the world upon their shoulders. Each looked hurried, withdrawn and lost in a world of their own 😶‍🌫️

If only they knew — the Sun was shining radiantly above them 🌞 the birds were singing joyfully to one another and for each one of us 🐦🐦, and the flowers were blossoming to the song and the warmth 🌻

If only they knew that the radiant power of the Sun exists within them too. The Sun is not only a celestial body shining above us in the heavens. It also lives within us as the radiant centre of the soul — the inner light that gives warmth, vitality, courage, creativity and life ❤️🌱
