This vibrational flower comes up a lot in my sessions for clients. Most of us bottle up their cares, pains, frustrations and anger as most of us have not been taught to efficiently deal with them. They seem inappropriate or scary and labeled bad. When this flower is chosen we learn to accept our feelings as an energy with a story and as you begin to understand where it came from you can reclaim your power and control over those feelings and decide what you want to do with them.

I was reminded today of the importance of
“self care to give care”.
As I do care a lot naturally as part of my personality and in my business as a holistic practitioner I have to be mindful to refuel myself. For me it’s going to a dance, yoga or Pilates class or spending time gardening or walking along the beach. We so often forget to make ourselves important and to protect a bit of time to reinvest in yourself without feeling guilty about it. Especially when you have younger children or elderly to care for. Yet especially then you need to self care to be able to give care with strength and love. May this be just an hour a day to do something that re energises yourself and reassures you ( body-mind-spirit) that you got your own back.
Regular self care strengthens the trust connection to yourself thus lowering stress levels and Cortisol levels investing in a healthy and happier you.
