After 5 amazing years running K-Fit Lab Parnell, I’ve officially handed over the studio to the incredible Sierrah — who’s taking the reins under her own brand, .studio 💪🏼

Thank you for all the love and support over the years. It’s been a privilege to train you, and I’ll miss the incredible people most of all.

While I won’t be returning to Parnell, I’m still running bootcamps on the Shore and growing K-Fit in new ways 💛
