Lately I’ve been wondering - what does looking after myself in a way that actually works for me really look like?
For me lately, it’s looked like:
- Moving my body most days - walking or (highly recommend!!)
- Getting my hands in the garden each week (this has been a saving grace this year!!) 💚
- Monthly Massage - Non negotiable for me.
- Sticking to my new Google Calendar structure (game-changer for those of you who love to wing stuff like me lol)
- Sunday meal prep and prioritising home cooked meals - Yes chef 😜!
- Not overbooking my workday - staying within the hours that feel good.
What would it look like for you to care for yourself like that? No filter - I’d love to know 🥰
PS these are some tulips I grew last year. I am patiently waiting for the same bulbs to emerge this Spring!
