After having delivered Healthy Conversation Skills training for 9 years, you'd think some of us might be tired of it. However, the five facilitators delivering this course still love it.

Do you want to know why?

It's because we all believe in it.
We believe:
- that people know their world better than anyone else
- that by listening to patients (instead of making suggestions), they will find their own answers and solutions
- that by using open questions, you can guide a conversation for the benefit of a client so they find their solution

Healthy Conversation Skills are helpful change conversations you have with patients and clients around unhelpful lifestyle behaviours.
