Kia ora whānau 💚

We wanted to share a quick update with you.

We’ve recently moved into a new premises — something we’re really excited about — but it has come with a few unexpected challenges behind the scenes.

Alongside this, we’ve also been impacted by wider global disruptions, which have affected delivery timeframes.

We’ve recently transitioned to a new courier company, which has added to delays in some orders, and we’re also currently experiencing issues with our Google accounts, meaning some emails may not be coming through.

The good news is that orders are now being packed and will be shipped out this week.

We’re doing everything we can to get back on track as quickly as possible.
