* Manage front desk duties such as meeting and greeting patients, booking appointments, cash handling, dealing with phone and email enquiries, and general administrative tasks.

* Maintain and improve procedures within the practice.

* Manage internal & external events and promotions.

* Compassion, professionalism and discretion as you deal with various people.

* Work well under pressure and be able to multitask.

* Providing an excellent client experience.

* Insurance invoicing and billing

* Everyday is different so you must be dynamic, proactive and able to think quickly on your feet.

I think we can all agree that 2021 has been a tough year for many😔. So to help lighten the load for some Auckland families, we will be collecting non perishable food items to donate to Salvation army.
The food drive will run till 18 December 2021.

Meet Dr Kudzai (Chiropractor).
❇️Why did you become a chiropractor?
It's a bit of a long story (you can find it on our website www.eliaswellnesscenter.com/about) But in summary, Chiropractic changed my quality of life and I wanted more people to experience the power of chiropractic.

❇️What do you do in your spare time?
I am a firm believer in having a balanced life. So when I am not at the center, I enjoy participating in a number of things. The first thing is singing in church. I love singing and it brings me so my joy. A few of my patients have tried to get me to sing during their appointments😂. No luck there so don't get any ideas. The second thing I love is walking in nature. Something about the trees, the singing birds, the fresh air and the sun hitting my skin really fills me with joy.

❇️Where do you see your practice in 5 years?
The mission of EWC is, "To provide great quality health care". So in 5 years I am hoping EWC would have grown to a multi-descplinary Wellness Centre that provides great quality Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Accupuncture Therapy and many more. I strongly believe that everyone has the right to access great quality health care and as health care practitioners it is our duty to ensure this happens.
