Welcome to The Lomi Room. The physical aspect is firm and sometimes deep, yet gentle. All services are strictly therapeutic.

This is a safe space for you to allow transformation to happen through 1-1 services including lomi lomi (traditional Hawaiian massage) and coaching, and group sessions including workplace workshops and small group classes. About
Lomi lomi is traditional Hawaiian massage and is holistic (physical, energetic and spiritual) involving prayer, kneading and compression to move tissue and energy in the

body. By tuning in to your energies, I can offer insights and/or suggestions about ways you can enhance your wellbeing. Kinesiology works on the energy model and integrates physical, emotional and vibrational therapies. Depending on your needs, this may include nutritional/supplements, flower essences, emotional stress release, meridian therapy and more.
