If we could place a little camera inside our body during stress, we would see:

⚡ our energy running low

Every discomfort begins with the feeling of stress. But remember — relaxation is our natural state. Sometimes we forget how it feels, but it’s always waiting for us.

Most of us, when we’re dealing with pain or difficulty, want a quick repair. But nature teaches us something else.

Spring is the season of transformation — look how the plants and trees begin to show their beauty and growth after the stillness of winter. 🌱✨

The first step of healing is acceptance. Be with whatever you feel. When you accept the range of pain and emotions that arise, you take your power back.

When you lie on my treatment bed, breathing deeply as I release the tension from your body, you become part of a practice of letting it be — and then letting it go. 🌬️💆‍♀️
