Martina has practised yoga for many years and is an experienced teacher. Her accessible approach, supports & encourages students to find their own innate wisdom within. From her Auckland based studio she teaches regular weekly yoga classes, offers private tuition and runs workshops.

•Culminating a year of mentoring with my guides Emma & Sundernāth by travelling to Bali where there was a coming together of many from the international teaching community 🙏🏻🕉
•The joy of being part of my dear friend and student growing her Shadow yoga community on Waiheke 💫
•The delight of teaching of groups regularly for over 2 years, and witnessing the power of yoga on them, with their growing confidence and coordination with the activity ✨
•The pleasure of long term connections with students and colleagues, some over decades, where the richness of growth and evolution together is inspiring 💛
