It’s been a flurry of awards …

Another person fully trained and certified in Ear Reflexology and Ear Seeding.👂🎓

Congratulations Catherine. 🥳

To support the symptoms that were troubling her client, Catherine used Ear Reflexology & carefully selected Ear Seeds.

Her client reported that the ear work proved beneficial in helping restore balance and regaining a sense of control over her symptoms.

The more I give and receive, and teach and learn reflexology, the more fascinated I become.

Not only fascinated by the myriad of ways in which Reflexology works in our bodies and lives, but also about the intricacies of our bodies and lives.

As long as everything hums along in harmony all is well. But the reality is that it is not possible to maintain the delicate balance required to keep equilibrium in our bodies and lives all of the time.

That is where Reflexology steps in ... excuse the pun. 👣😉

In my life and those of my clients, Reflexology provides the deeply relaxing and therapeutic space to restore the harmonious hum when things get a bit out of tune and off balance.

If you’ve been followed my social media for a while, you will have previously seen a photo of my hairbrush. 😆

Well, now it’s a different one!

As an Indian Head Massage practitioner and teacher, it is a bit embarrassing to have to admit that whilst I know the value of the right hairbrush for one’s hair type, I did not realise that mine was incorrect for mine. 🙄 Hence the new brush.

The difference is phenomenal!

Using the right hair brush for your hair type honestly makes a bigger difference than you may think.

If you use a brush that suits your hair (whether it’s thick, fine, curly, or straight), it helps your hair feel smoother, and stops you from pulling at any knots too much.

That really matters, because too much tugging can put stress on your hair follicles, and lead to breakage over time.

The correct brush is also better for your scalp, because harsh bristles can scratch it or make it feel irritated, while a gentler brush helps spread your natural oils and keep your head and hair healthier.

It even helps with muscle tension in your head and neck, because you’re not fighting with your hair or gripping the brush so hard just to get through it.

A good brush makes brushing feel easier, more comfortable, and a lot less painful, while also helping your hair and scalp stay healthier in the long run.

It turns hair brushing from a ‘have to do’ activity, to a ‘want to do’ pastime. 😌
