Well april 2026 ..been thru grief,debilitating stuff...struggled quite sometime.easter arrives ,just starting to feel okay ,A&E ,yippee bladder infection ..omg ..it raining frustration instead of nurturing ..thank god for my support ,been amazing .the blessing??? Work has been my saviour,takes me out of myself ..blessed for the clients, blessed for the support and may it continue ..have been having healings ,and lots of nurturing. I can only take each day and feel blessed .hope everyone is on the road of discovery ..it surely is a year of seeing ,trusting and being truly okay with whatever comes up ..

Topic ....grief..well we can all sympathize with people ,but going through it yourself .gives you a much clearer emotionally challenging time of understanding fully..this double grief is very hard .being kind and compassionate for myself is very challenging I must say .trying to be okay is NOT a healthy kind nurturing self ..what I feel and see for other people ,I am learning that it is what I need for myself ..we all on a journey .,and every day is another moment in time.and people leave the planet on their destiny date.it is for the living to love,grief and appreciate the people in it ..bless

Remember our little child is still i side of us .often checking in to see if we are looking after and nurturing ourselves ..we become our story.our belief story until we change it by listening to what we believe to be true ..it does not define us,we need to heal it to become the person you are less the personality..no life lessons I say ,but opportunities to listen,nurture,and love ourselves no matter what .big ask???? Yip at times,it definitely a life journey. This energy at the moment is extremely challenging, fingers xd end of month brings a lighter vibration .we are all blessed,just sometimes we just can't see it ..have a great day .bless
