It’s really about Future you.
From the age of 30, we naturally begin to lose muscle mass every year. Mobility decreases. Strength declines. Risk of disease increases.
The science is clear. Our current movement, and activity levels can literally halve our our chance of dying early - especially if our activity has been consistent over many years.
So here’s to you! For every class you book, weight you lift, stair you climb and the millions of tiny choices that make movement more than a habit - it’s your ritual.
