The benefits of Sugaring with Honey Hair Removal.

Being a Holistic Therapist, I often hear some complains about puffy eyes. There is an old simple trick I would like to remind you about in this little article.

Slice a cucumber, pack it into a plastic bag and keep it in a freezer. As soon as you get up in the morning, take a couple of slices and wipe gently around your eyes a few times, then all over your face and neck, do not forget your ear lobs as well as they contain so many tiny points related to our organs. This simple procedure will hydrate your skin due to a height content of water in cucumber and help reduce swelling contracting blood vessels. And of course it will completely wake your up.

If you have 5-10 minutes for relaxation during a day, you can always set a few cucumber slices from the fridge (not freezer) over your closed eyes. It will make your eyes look younger and fresher.
