A lovely evening at Casita Miro on Waiheke.
We wandered through the gardens and vineyard, had a tour with Marcos who grows the vegetables, then sat down to dinner prepared with vegetables straight from the garden.
He showed us how he manages compost temperature and airflow to create rich food for the soil.
Good company, good food, and a beautiful place
