You can be here too -Close the eyes, listen to the breath, like the sound of the Arabian Sea washing in and out on the Varkalan shore.  Every new breath like the sun rising on a brand-new day. Every inhalation the opportunity to embrace Grace every exhalation an opportunity to let go.
