🌊 Calories are energy. You eat them and you can burn them off. If you eat more energy than you burn you gain weight, if you burn more than you eat you lose weight.

🧾 Muscles are energetic. The more muscle you have on your body the more calories you burn at rest.

💬 The gym is a place to build your body, build a reserve for life so that you can get off the toilet when you are older, walk that mountain in retirement, and give you a better quality of life.

⚖️ Walking is the elixir of life, it helps improve mood, energy, burn calories and keeps you fit.

Think of this scenario…

You set yourself some goals… one of them is to get up 30 minutes earlier and go for a brisk morning walk.

You got excited. It’s a new beginning.

You felt like this time you’re going to smash your fitness goals.

Great!
