What If I told you there was a simple way to stay motivated to lose weight and it only took 20 seconds per day? Would you try it?
The vast majority of the Growing Younger members do amazingly well and at the very least make a very substantial headway towards their goals while being in the programme.
Like any group of individuals, there are those who do better than others.
For quite some time we were wracking our brains trying to figure out what determines who does better than the rest.
So a little over a year ago we decided to run a survey of our members.
We plotted the results on a graph…
And what do we find…
The two groups were almost identical in terms of their age, family status, occupation, hobbies, habits, etc. We couldn’t see any major difference between people who did ok and who had mind-blowing transformational stories to tell.
…except for one thing…
The ones who did exceptionally well…
…are you ready?...
THEY READ THEIR FITNESS GOALS DAILY WITHOUT A FAIL
Eureka!
These more successful members also happened to stick to the programme longer… which as we know is needed to see a result.
If you think about it. It all makes sense.
It is so easy to get distracted in our busy daily lives.
We are bombarded with 1000’s of pieces of information daily.
No wonder many people lose sight of their important goals.
However, if you look at your goals on a daily basis it certainly helps to keep them at the top of your mind.
So here it is… if you just take one thing out of my 30 daily tips - let it be this. No doubt it will help you immensely.
Create a list of your fitness goals (if you don’t have one already),
Write them on a piece of paper.
Read them daily (best time is either first thing in the morning or right before bed time)
