In Ayurveda, Abhyanga is a daily ritual that grounds you in calm and helps you reconnect with yourself.

Self-Abhyanga involves massaging warm herbal oil into the skin before bathing. The oil acts as food for the tissues and medicine for the nervous system — calming Vata, releasing tension, and improving circulation.
