Our mission is to help you get rid of your 'exercise guilt' and feeling bad all the time about what you haven't managed to do. With our challenging 20min EMS session, we make it easy for you. It allows you to get a quality workout added into your busy day without stressing more!
EMS training is a great full-body workout that is short & effective, but not a shortcut! You can quickly achieve visible results, tone, feel stronger, reduce weight or relieve stress-related pain in just 20 minutes per session. Those challenging 20min are enough and are as effective as 60-90min conventional training in the gym.
Training intensity is boosted by EMS (Electronic Muscle Stimulation) and your Personal Trainer at your side. Imagine the impulses as a series of incredible muscle buzzes that feel like a deep tissue massage - contracting and relaxing your muscles and increasing muscle work intensity while you complete a set of exercises like squats, bicep curls, planks, our famous 'pick-up the box' and so on.
