Our mission is to save you time, and still providing you a great full-body workout! fu/nis EMS training is the first EMS studio in New Zealand and is based on the successful EMS concept pioneered in Germany. Our studio offers you a personal training with electro muscle stimulation (EMS) supervised by our qualified Trainers.
EMS training is a great full body workout: you can quickly achieve visible results, reduce weight or relieve stress related pain in just 20 minutes per session. Those 20min are enough and are as effective as 60-90min conventional training in the gym. Your muscles are gently defined with EMS training as your physical strength and endurance increases. This highly effective training method has been used by professional athletes and sports rehabilitation centres for decades.

Because many of you are still away, our capacity is reduced this week. So make sure your trainings spot is secured. We do have a few last-minute sessions available:
⚡️ Thursday - in Newmarket and the City
⚡️ Saturday - very unusual, some spots in Newmarket
⚡️ Friday afternoon - a handful of sessions in Takapuna.

2025 wasn’t an easy year. It was one we learned and grew from.
It was about showing up consistently, training with intention, and building real strength. Physically and mentally.
With lots of laughs, plenty of sweat, and the best feelings when we see our members succeed.
Week after week. Session by session.
We’re grateful for every member who trusted us with their time, their bodies, and their goals. Your commitment is what drives results.

Training intensity is boosted by EMS (Electronic Muscle Stimulation) and your Personal Trainer at your side. Imagine the impulses as a series of incredible muscle buzzes that feel like a deep tissue massage - contracting and relaxing your muscles and increasing muscle work intensity while you complete a set of exercises like squats, bicep curls, planks, our famous 'pick-up the box' and so on.
This is absolutely perfect for those who are too busy or even just want more time to themselves (don't we all?), EMS training will help you become stronger, healthier & fitter!
