As part of our new initiative this month, we want to celebrate Deepa, a full-time working mum of two ,who shows up for herself with so much consistency and dedication. 🥰👏

💫Here is Deepa’s story in her own words:

"My fitness journey with Namrata began two years ago, thanks to a recommendation from my sister, who was already attending her classes. She knew how much I needed those sessions for my overall well-being, especially as I struggled to prioritise myself amidst the busy life of a working mum.

After months of hesitation, I finally made the decision to put myself first - with a gentle nudge from my sister - and joined Namrata’s group classes. Since then, I’ve consistently attended two sessions a week. Together, we’ve worked through injuries, aches, pains, nutrition plans, and the ups and downs of my fitness journey. I hope my story will reach and empower those wonderful women who are on the crossroads of deciding to start sometime.

Today, I’m proud of how far I’ve come. 💪💖 I feel stronger, more energised, and confident in my body. ✨😊🌟 The compliments I receive from others are a lovely reminder that choosing to invest in myself was absolutely the right decision."💫💖

Coaching is more than just guiding workouts. It’s about building trust, understanding challenges, and celebrating victories – no matter how big or small.
Every rep, every drop of sweat, every smile tells a story of strength.
You become a listener, a motivator, a cheerleader, and sometimes the reason someone doesn’t give up🌟

Client of the July Month: Zuilee & Family

Meet our powerhouse FamFit family, Zuilee, her mum, dad, and brother – our well-deserved Clients of the Month!

Zuilee first joined Family Fitness back in January 2021, and since then, her commitment has never wavered. Over time, her whole family joined in,  first her mum, then her brother and dad, and now they all train together every week.

Even when they travel overseas, they never miss a class. I train them online from wherever they are in the world!

Their unity and consistency is incredible, and Zuilee’s transformation is proof of what dedication and commitment look like; the entire family lift over 100kg together  with strength and grace.

As a small thank you, this inspiring family will receive a Starbucks voucher to enjoy something special together. Thank you, Zuilee and family, for being an inspiration to me and others ❤️ 💙

Happy Sunday, everyone. From June, we are starting "Client of the Month Initiative" to recognize & appreciate our valued client 🤩🥳🙌 First up is Congratulations Irene ! 🎊

Irene joined our 8-week VIP coaching program back in Nov 2021. Within 8 weeks, she dropped 5 kg and 4% of body fat. Healthy consistent result with meal plan and home workout. 💪💯
But she did not STOP here 🚀🌟✨
Irene moved into our semi-private classes and has been showing up since then. From never lifting weight to lifting 15 lg goblet squat, 45kg deadlift and gaining muscle mass . Her progress is incredible. She rearly misses her classes ( except she is out of town) & we ve loved watching her grow STRONGER . 🏋️‍♀️💖🤸‍♀️

Today is my non-workout day, enjoying coffee in my PJs, and reflecting on the many internal and external challenges women face – often without even realizing what's happening in our bodies. Many moms and older women experience
🤎PROLAPSE, like bladder prolapse (cystocele), where the bladder bulges into the vaginal wall due to weakened pelvic floor muscles, childbirth, aging, or hysterectomy.
💙Symptoms can include back pain, pelvic heaviness, leakage, infections, and constipation.
💛But there's a solution! Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. I've recorded three exercises – 10 reps, 2 sets each morning. 💪☕🧘‍♀️

When stress builds up, so does muscle tension—especially in your back, shoulders, and neck. Managing stress is key to managing pain.
