4 Layers of Goodness with Anca Savu, at The Little Mushroom.

Anca inspired me with this simple recipe which I've enjoyed everyday since. :)

Coconut Milk Powder
Cacao or Cocoa powder
Warm water
Blend well. Don't just mix, blending is essential. :)
Add your prefered sweetener to taste and maybe more hot water to adjust temperature and taste. Enjoy!

I realized last night that this is how I sleep, Reiki hand in a mudra over my third eye.. no low vibration thought would stay there, the mind would take a well deserved rest. Try it for yourself, try different madras and see what you love the most. 💖🙈👌

In the photo below thumb and pinky go under the forehead bone, while the other three fingers rest on the third eye. I also love the mudra when the thumb and the ring-finger go on each eyebrow, the pinky floats and the other two fingers rest on the third eye. Of course, the hand needs to be relaxed and the intention of peace, connection to the Divine etc. needs to be there to complete your practice and experience.
