I use the multi-dimensional frequency of Sentaura™ and Kinesiology as tools to facilitate healing and transformation for my clients. Having had clinics in Sydney, Great Barrier Island and now in Auckland, seeing clients both in person and online via zoom. I am here to help you shift your energy, assisting you to step into your power by clearing blockages and self sabotaging belief systems so you may release fear, pain and trauma. I weave my love of music into my work teaching DJ training, facilitating Ecstatic Dance and letting the frequency of music fill the hearts of those I work with. HOW KINESIOLOGY WORKS:
The Kinesiology Practioners Accreditation Board describe Kinesiology as follows:

"Kinesiology is defined primarily as the use of muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body’s structural, chemical, emotional or other energy, to establish the body’s priority healing needs, and to evaluate energy changes brought about by a broad spectrum of both manual and non-manual therapeutic procedures." Kinesiology is individual to the client’s problems, issues, blocks and life experiences. Each individual is approached holistically addressing the three key elements, namely:

1. Physical / structural
2. Mental / emotional / spiritual
3. Biochemical (food, pollution, stress etc)

The focus is on finding and alleviating the causes behind the symptoms. Once the cause is identified through muscle testing, different processes are used to remove the related stresses and the body and mind are free to heal. A Kinesiologist does this by using muscle testing which is a biofeedback mechanism to “read” what is going on within the individual as a whole. Thus, a Kinesiologist does not diagnose but communicates with the body/being to detect the priorities and needs for healing each individual. Everything you have experienced through your entire life is stored in what is called cellular/muscle memory. Also stored with the experiences are the related emotions and stresses that occur simultaneously. Muscle testing obtains a neurological response that leads to the source or trigger of the problem and in turn directs to the solutions to correct the ‘imbalances’ in the body.

When you surrender, you allow miracles... ☀️

Recently, I’ve been experiencing the beautiful outcomes of surrendering. You see, in the past, I’ve held on tightly, tried to control the outcome - all in fear of the unknown.

This time, I surrendered. I accepted and thought, well I’m just going to trust and feel my feelings and allow. Then what happened? It gave space for spirit to step in and bring me my highest outcome. It allowed the miracle to happen I’d been praying for. It allowed love to win. It brought in magic.

When you stop resisting, that’s when miracles happen.

What can you allow in today? Just one thing...

I’ve been working a lot lately on parts of myself that aren’t able to feel unconditional love. I’m now finding that I can reach higher levels of Love, that I’ve never felt before, which has been absolutely amazing and also blimmim scary. The more that you love the more vulnerable and open you can feel and the more that you may seek assurance that you are safe to receive. These high levels of love is a process and a journey of gentleness. Of keeping on expanding yourself and your heart to take in more and more love frequency, with so many depths of emotions that deserve to be seen and felt and held.

I used to have the Belief System that I’m not worthy. That I’m not deserving of happiness. That things would always happen to me to take it away.
First I started by witnessing. Witnessing my behaviour and noticing when I would create a drama that would take away that good feeling.
I kept witnessing and witnessing the lack of self love. 😯
Belief systems are created when you are young. Did you ever have a parent leave you? Maybe in divorce or even being left behind in a shopping mall (I remember this happening to me, as well as my mother leaving when I was 5 years old).
This is what creates that deep feeling of not being wanted.
Kinesiology tapping saved me. I got better and better at recognising when belief systems were playing out and started tapping out my beliefs. It changed my life. 😎 ☀️

Had a wonderful session with a client today and had some amazing wisdom come through from my guides. In particular today, the Arcturians.

When it comes to timeline shifts at the moment, there are always multiple possible outcomes and you choose.

We are in the place now of total sovereignty in our choices and what we feel is right. Our guides are here to teach us and guide us, however, we are more and more stepping into the completeness of who we are as a race and that includes over our choices. There are always multiple outcomes available to get you to where you need to go for your purpose and your desires. You choose. There is no right and wrong.

When you are always seeking and asking and looking for validation outside of yourself, this is where the issues lie. It is always about how you feel. You don’t have to ask because you already know. It is then up to you to decide, take action and move towards this.

My guides also spoke about an exciting new way that is coming forward to market ourselves without being glued to social media. This is being revealed and there are many incredible light leaders that are lighting the way here.

Also, my client asked about the economy at the moment and it was interesting to feel how much lack is in the world. It really is a huge mindset around abundance and flow. A lot of people and businesses are holding onto their money in fear of lack, however, what the world needs is flow and people to spend and receive it back as there is plenty for everyone, it is just hiding under lack and fear. Perception is huge.
