Our next training block kicks off Monday — and it’s time to get stronger this Winter.

Here’s how the next 10 weeks break down:

🔹 Weeks 1–3: Volume Phase
High reps. Lighter loads. We’re building work capacity, refining movement, and setting the foundation.

🔹 Weeks 4–6: Power Phase
Think speed and intent. We shift to moderate weights and explosive lifts to turn strength into athletic power.

🔹 Week 7: Deload
A well-earned reset. Reduced volume gives your body time to recover, adapt, and prep for the final push.

🔹 Weeks 8–10: Strength Phase
Low reps. Heavy lifts. Time to test your progress and unlock everything you’ve built

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience in personal training, group fitness, or coaching
✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔️ A positive, team-oriented attitude
✔️ Passion for fitness and helping clients succeed
✔️ Being able to learn on the job

What You’ll Do:

💪 Lead group and individual training sessions

Not only have they prioritised fitness while having full time jobs and being a mother, they have both also just claimed 3rd fittest mum in their age group and division 🥉

No excuses and pushed outside their comfort zones! We are incredibly proud of these amazing ladies and any parent out there that is doing their best to maintain and prioritise fitness 🫶🏽
