After over 1600 classes Karen will now be taking on a role as a part time coach. You will find her doing the early morning 5:15am and 9:30am classes. She will also be taking over the programming so be sure to only be doing lower body and you will never see a sn**ch or wall walk again.

HYROX 2026 🏁

What an incredible weekend for the TTL community.
25 members took on HYROX and every single one crossed the finish line.

Final times are just the cherry on top — showing up, pushing limits, and getting it done was the real win.

As a gym, we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who stepped outside their comfort zone and gave it a crack. That’s what this community is all about.

Time to rest up… then it’s eyes forward and onto the next goals. 👊
