Sharing review of "Edineu Martins Junior" which was put after visit today. As limitation on other platform, so thought to posting here for others to know in depth. Please read for your interest and comment your thoughts.

Prashant made an offer for 5 days for $150. I gladly accepted. He said he would do 9am the following 5 days. After attending the first session I noticed the place was very dirty, the salt area was down stairs terrible for people with low mobility and the elderly I took with me struggled so sot great for people with low mobility.
However the problem was him changing the times, initially was 9am, then became 10am, soon he said would be 4pm....I disagreed that that should be happening, he was very abrupt and rude which was a surprise coming from someone's who works in health. He said I will give your money back taking little concern for the client who was there to take her of her health at 9am for 5 days as agreed. He than started telling me to read the fine print. Soon he said he would refund for for 4 days. If you are reading this, I would not recommend this business.

As provider I am posting some portion of my reply here so you can receive reply plus other can read plus have thoughts for your feedback and will post full version on different platform as I have limitation here. As I responded you earlier via email along with full refund confirmation what you paid including for today’s session which was supposed to be deducted as your guest was happy plus had good benefit with today’s session. For your comment place was dirt and location of Salt Cave was downstairs, please be advice as part of health & safety and hygiene issues we do the best plus keep area clean and premises is ventilated. If you referring dirty to some salt particles on reception of Salt Cave that is common as people walk in and out of Salt Cave and these are broomed away end of day. If you recall I was putting your guest in and out of Salt Cave so obviously salt particles will be in reception of Salt Cave. About location of Salt Cave situated in basement and need to go down via stairs. Please be advised Salt Cave has always been basement as it was part of creative plan or project and its photos are on our website plus it is easily assessable by elderly people or with low mobility as there is rail on side of stairs. If you had any concerns about Salt Cave location or way to reach to Salt Cave you could have asked when you wanted to book. Edinue as you were rude and arguing over phone when we talked this afternoon plus I did not wanted to spoiling my days or thoughts with your talk or reaction I gently said if you not happy with anything plus it is been difficult to cater your proposed request I am more than happy to refund payment which you made for booking. In spite you being happy plus grateful as you got full refund for all five sessions in spite one session was conducted today and now complaining plus you have put this review then it is childish, I cannot say or do much as I assume some people are like that. I leave other to think plus put thoughts accordingly. God’s blessing to you and you have a wonderful, blessed day. If you again wish to visit us, then looking forward to seeing you and also look forward seeing your loved one again for any services we offer at Salt Cave Halotherapy & Wellness Centre.

I have refunded for today session as well not because you threatened me that will take me to dispute or put bad review. But I return for today’s session as well as I do not like aggressive people or people who argue plus want think that they are only right plus make others forcefully to their decision. But I also returned this amount to Anneliese as gift as she is visiting New Zealand and has chronic cough.
As I help others I also was trying helping you when approached yesterday, feel free to read people comments about me or my workplace who has visited in past. For your request I was happy to cater one person per visit with discount price as your guest had chronic cough like I do for others. I explain you about how this treatment works and how many sessions need to be done to get best results. On agreement I booked her for today at 9am and after session was completed before you both left at 10am I said will suggest you later in day for tomorrow and upcoming days as per my availability once I know how my booking will happen for tomorrow plus other days, with my this reply you happily agreed plus left.
Then all of sudden below listed issue happen:

Edinue if you were not loud aggressive tone when we talked over phone and put only way you want I would still help your guest Anneliese. As by you response text above I already knows she felt better plus would recover fully as we had planned her sessions. I am happy at least she got bit relief with one session but at same time sad she needed more and could not accommodate because of your tone and behaviour. Edinue Anneliese’s positive response and relief with cough after session is my biggest review and blessing which I am happy as I have helped her like others when they approach me.
Edinue I not only have you as my customer to talk or text or call, as you been continuously approaching me I have stopped what I am doing. Just refunded your money plus putting my response for you to read and understand in calm way entire scenario which you have created plus do honest judgement for yourself for recent action that you did with me.
Going forward please be happy and do not approach me in future or visit, as I will tolerate similar scenario again and again plus do not wish to have clients of this type.
