🌟A Special Life Update🌟

Hello my dear community here at Mindful Mindfood, if you're not part of our mailing list you may have been wondering why the "Bye for Now Tour" and where I am going?

My partner and I are currently sailing round the South Pacific and are soaking up the warm sun and clear ocean energy in Tonga on a boat that we spent a few months refurbishing, if you want to follow that journey find us on Instagram.

I'm also here to announce that I am currently pregnant with our first child and we couldn't be more excited, things might be changing rapidly here at Mindful Mindfood and I may not be teaching or sharing in person sound journeys for a while but just know we have some amazing offerings set up online to stay connected, breathing and flowing together.
