Thai massage is a good combination of acupressure, shiatsu and yoga type stretches. It helps release the built-up stress of daily activities, and we all can use that from time to time. Thai massage is also referred to a

s “a lazy person's yoga”, where it uses gentle techniques and passive stretches. It starts at the feet, and moving up to the head while carefully moving and stretching the body. Additionally, the therapist applies gentle pressure with his or her palms and feet along the energy lines and acupressure points.
