Bruno is the tiniest (and barkiest) member of our Aroha whānau 💛🐾. A pomchi (that’s a Pomeranian + Chihuahua mix), Bruno is usually the very first to know when you’ve arrived — and he’ll be sure to announce it too!

His favourite things? Barking (of course), snack time, long nature walks, and playing with his toys. He keeps us laughing, grounded, and always moving.

Most days you’ll find Bruno chilling in the office or sunning himself in our courtyard. Cute, cheeky, and full of aroha — we couldn’t imagine our team without him. 🌸

Full Moon. Full heart. Deep winter stillness ❄️🌕

Join Benton, Rosanna, and Amanda for our July Full Moon Cacao Ceremony + Gong Bath - a sacred evening of heart opening and deep vibrational healing.

We begin with ceremonial cacao, gifted from the lineage of Keith Wilson in Guatemala. Rich. Potent. Soul medicine.

Then comes the sound. Four gongs - Heart, Earth, Harp and Sun - joined by chimes and crystal bowls, weaving waves of peace through every cell of your being. This is a full-body sound massage. All you need to do is receive.

We have a beautiful Healing centre on the Grey Lynn/Ponsonby border located in central Auckland, Aotearoa (New Zealand).
