‼️ We are super excited to have James Smith joining us in the clinic as a locum physio.

James is an experienced physio, working across private practice, vocational rehab, and community settings. He loves helping people to stay connected to the activities they care about, whether that's pounding the pavement, surfing, or taking the dog for a walk without pain. His style is participation-led, practical, and people-focused.

He has a special interest in acupuncture and dry needling, return to sport, and strength and conditioning. James is currently completing his post grad certificate in upper limb rehab, and continues to support the local climbing community as a go to provider for climbing rehab in Auckland.
