TrueSelf My name is Chintamani. My passion is helping people find their way back to their true Self, to living more consciously and with greater happiness.

I offer a blend of traditional western psychology, yogic philosophy and yoga practices. I provide one-on-one Yoga Psychology sessions as well as Yoga classes. I assist people with inner change and growth and guide them towards finding their true Self. At the centre of each of us is who we truly are - our true Self. You may also know it as your soul, essence, spirit or atman. When we are that Self we are happy, content, loving and peaceful.
