Hello friends,

It's been such a long time, and I owe you an update here.

For the past two years I have taken a role as a holistic body oriented therapist serving the refugee populations in NZ.

My role can be physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding so I have given a break seeing private clients at my home studio.

Although my current role is very rewarding, and I am learning a lot, I miss seeing you all. I hope you are keeping well during these transformative times that can be challenging.

In the past 2 years I have seen a lot of clients in pain.

Pain resulting from accumulated stress, unprocessed emotions and trauma.

Tomorrow I am embarking a new journey towards becoming a certified yoga teacher following another guidance that life, universe wants me to take.

It will take me 8 months to complete the training, and I am looking forward to the transformative power of it in my own life and of others who are dealing with chronic pain, limitation, mental and emotional suffering.

This is one of my favourite Holistic Pulsing videos, some practitioners call it also rocking.

The PTSD scholar Bessel Van der Kalk mentions rocking is proven to be beneficial in trauma healing.
