Employee of the Month – November 🎉
Big congratulations to Margaret Savage, our well-deserved Employee of the Month!
Nominated by Donna Corboy and enthusiastically seconded (and thirded!) by Cushla Howie and Catherine Marshall, Margaret has truly earned this recognition.
Margaret works away quietly in the background with a constant smile on her face, consistently demonstrating the qualities that make her an invaluable member of the team. She is always helpful, willing to go the extra mile, and especially supportive of colleagues who travel long distances to work in the Invercargill area. Her pleasant attitude and welcoming manner put both staff and clients at ease.
She is a consistently positive team player who regularly supports operations by collecting staff from the airport, stepping in at short notice when cover is needed, and helping new team members settle in. Her kindness, approachability, and genuine care for others make her a pleasure to work with.
In addition to her personal qualities, Margaret is also highly organised, diligent, and reliable in her role as Clinical Administrator. She consistently delivers high-quality work, pays close attention to detail, and goes above and beyond for both clients and her colleagues.
