Our Strength & Balance Classes are designed for older adults who want to stay active, steady on their feet, and moving well in a supportive group environment.

Starts: Monday 16 February 2026
Time: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm (6-week programme)
Location: Highland Park Library (meet at the entrance)

Each session includes:
• Guided strength and balance exercises
• A short relaxation and mindful breathing session

Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Reasonable mobility
✔ Confident exercising in a group
✔ Able to commit to all 6 weeks (16 Feb – 23 March)
