Weโre on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and organised part-time receptionist to join our team at Ultrasound Orewa, a locally owned and operated medical imaging clinic.

Role Details:
Starting hours: Minimum 4.5 hours per week
Increasing to: ~18 hours/week as the year progresses (1 weekday, 1 evening, every second Saturday โ short day) to cover maternity leave
Additional hours: Opportunity to pick up extra shifts covering staff leave

๐ฅ๏ธ Key tasks:
Welcoming and checking in patients
Managing bookings, referrals, and phone/email enquiries
Supporting the clinical team with general admin duties

Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with computer systems and multitasking
Availability to work one evening and every second Saturday
Healthcare knowledge is an advantage, but not essential โ full training provided
