A bitter sweet start to the morning. It’s the last day we will be open. I am so lucky to have met all you wonderful humans, I am going to miss you all terribly!

It is with bitter sweet news that I let you know Aligned Chiropractic will be closing its doors on the 23rd February. I would like to thank you for all the love and support over the last few years - it has been amazing to be a part of your healing journey seeing how you all have healed, grown and developed as individuals!
Just because I am leaving town, does not mean you have to stop your chiropractic journey, there are many great chiropractors in the area that I am happy to put you in touch with.

Chiropractic just like all other manual therapies isn't necessarily a one appointment fix, healing takes time. Give your body the love and rest needed so it can continue to look after you how you look after it

WONKY WINDING

Resharing as realised I haven't posted this for ages.

If a baby is unsettled with wind after a feed, or they are bringing up a lot of milk after feeds, try tilting them onto THEIR LEFT side a bit. Wind can often get stuck at the top of the stomach as the opening is slightly on the right hand side of the stomach.

If baby is facing you that means their head will be up on your right shoulder and legs towards your lef hip.

NB. NOT ALL BREASTFED BABIES NEED WINDING! If they are settled and comfortable after a feed, they are ok without winding.
