We’re looking for someone capable, warm, and highly organised to join the front of house team at Waitākere Health Hub.
This is a key role in our clinic - you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and a big part of keeping the space and team running smoothly day to day.
What you’ll be doing:
• Welcoming and caring for clients
• Managing bookings + clinic systems
• Supporting practitioners and coordinating the day
• Keeping the clinic organised, stocked, and running well
• Maintaining a clean, calm, professional space
• Assisting with social media and admin tasks
You’ll suit this role if you:
• Are genuinely great with people - calm, friendly, professional
• Are very efficient with admin and computers
• Take initiative and can work independently without supervision
• Like structure, organisation, and getting things done properly
• Take pride in keeping a space clean, tidy, and running well
• Have an interest in health, the body, or wellbeing
The details:
• 20hours (growing to ~30-35 hours/week for a maternity cover)
