211kgs on here today for 19 reps after 2 sets of 10.
Was it hard ? Hell yes!
It took every part of me to stay connected to my breath, to stay in my body, and stay calm.
From number 11, my nervous system tried to send messages that I wasn't safe and should stop.
I really had to pause and find my most connected state in my softess breath.
So, what does this calm state create in my body even with heavy loads?
Well, it creates balance, it rewires my tight patterns to let go, and allows me to find my center.
It heals ✨️ ❤️ 💛 💙 💕 and it regulates my body back to how it should be.
So, instead of feeling tired after it, I feel light, super calm, and connected.
This rewiring of the stress response applies to anything in your life.
If you train it through the physical body, it's much easier to be more responsive than reactive in your daily life.
