I am Sandy Leo: The Balancer - Body & Mind
Proud to say Im one of the best in South Pacific helping people discover themselves and balance mind and body out of pain. I work on the inside and out to bring alignment and posture and internal gut health which in turn feeds your brain. I remove inbalance in the body and mind through thorough testing and assessing. A Chek Practitioner, Golf Biomechanic (yes ill get your handicap down and assess golf swing and all biomechanics holding you back from been your full potential). Im a Chek Exercise Coach and Holistic Nutritional Lifestyle Coach II. Im proud to say ive worked 27 years at the top of Les Mills presenting and choreographing and have learnt that not all exercise works for everyone so my journey took from a broken body where i was told i would never work or walk or exercise again to who I am now. I operate at full potential in a body I love that has no pain with a brain not blocked by any digestive or elimination problems and hormones that Im in control of. I take zero medication and have zero pain and live in a balanced happy mind and body and love bringing my clients here. Most pain is from bad postural habits caused by life, injury, incorrect rehabilitation etc and I have helped many clients ongoing keeping them at optimum performance. Clients like Sir George Fistonich have been my client for 15 years where by I look after all ailments, refer for any surgeries needed and do all rehab. I look after all nutritional and supplementation and address each and every issue of aging with him getting him out of pain and off medications and onto rehab and supplmentation in minimal time.
