The Art of Receiving is a calming, 2-hour evening retreat designed to help you step out of “doing” mode and into deep rest and replenishment.
Together, we’ll gently guide you to:
– unwind and settle your nervous system
– let go of the pressure to always give and hold space for others
– reconnect with your body, your breath, and a sense of ease
– open to feeling supported, held, and restored
This is your time.
A moment to refill your own cup - without guilt, without expectation.
