Payments are made on the day of the appointment either by cash, Eftpos or credit card. Any overdue payments can have additional costs.

Nurse Specialists are competent in the field of microscopic Otology, diagnosis, correct treatment decisions and follow evidence based guidelines along with Otological (ear) medications advice. Education is provided n all aspects of this specialty to patients, family, community groups, allied health professionals.

Self referrals accepted for adults and for children, as well as from Ear Nose & Throat (ORL) Consultants, Paediatricians, General Practitioners, Audiologists, and other Health professionals. We have support, consultation and mentoring by ENT consultants. We can refer to all of the above as well as other health professionals.
