Our walking group meets every Thursday at 8.30am outside Orewa Medical Centre.

If you would like to join us, please email Sanne, our Health Coach, at sanne@orewamedicalcentre.co.nz or speak with our reception team.

The group is open to enrolled patients who are interested in improving their wellbeing and are able to walk independently.

Opting for foods lower in salt and saturated fat, and finding simple ways to be a bit more active, are practical steps you can take to look after your heart.

If making these changes feels a bit daunting, have a chat with your GP about how our Health Coach, Sanne, can support you to get started and stay on track.

Why not have a go and share it with your whānau too? Looking after our hearts is something we can all do together.

Our ear suctioning clinic is now open on Tuesday all day and Wednesday/Friday afternoon.

Ear suctioning is safer than ear syringing. The service is led by experienced nurses and costs $50.
