Are you applying your sunscreen correctly?
Sunburn at any age can increase your risk of skin cancer; therefore, utilising sunscreen can help protect your skin barrier from the harmful effects the sun can have on your skin.
When you're choosing your sunscreen, check the label to make sure that you choose one that is:
🧡 SPF 30+ and over
🧡 Broad spectrum
🧡 Water resistant
Apply your sunscreen 20 minutes before sun exposure, spread it evenly across your entire body, and reapply every 2 hours, or immediately after swimming.
Check your skin and protect your future by taking care of your skin in the sun today.
